Compatible diamond rings for Klindex and Htc floor sanders
Following the same color and grain scheme, we also supply rings and plates for Klindex and HTC machines. In fact, we have diamond rings with a diameter of Ø160 for HTC machines. Following with plates with a diameter of Ø100 mm and rings with a diameter of Ø200 and Ø240 for Klindex machines.
Diamond tools for floor grinding for marble, granite and terrazzo
When we enter the sector of diamond tools for floor polishing for marble, granite and terrazzo we must make some clarifications. So the above scheme changes significantly. The treatment of marble and granite floors is completely different from concrete surfaces. In addition to the diamond grain, the metal binder also changes significantly. Therefore, let's analyze the main factors below:
- MARBLE POLISHING . In this case the material is delicate. Therefore the grain that can be used with the same binder is limited. From grain 60 to grain 120 a satisfactory finish is obtained, without the risk of scratching or ruining the surface.
- SANDING GRANITE. In this case we are dealing with a hard and sometimes abrasive material. For this reason the range of grit that can be used for the treatment of granite floors is wider. From grit 30 to grit 120.
